Scope & Content |
The island was best know for the tavern where there was plenty of entertainment. Customers needed to ring the bell for the launch to pick them up from the mainland. Previous owners were Ed McGuire (1904), a boys camp, Koerner's, Doriots (Cedar Lake Lodge- ca 1916), and Hungers Cedar Lodge Resort (ca 1926-1931). |
