The Manitowish Waters Chamber of Commerce 1938 visitors guide included a promotional ad with a picture of one of the Hiawatha locomotives. The map included shows the Northwoods Hiawatha came as far north as Minocqua. Many early visitors and summer residents traveled to the Northwoods on the Hiawatha. |
