1. Bakken's Cottages on "Big Rice Lake" aka Wild Rice Lake ca 1920s-1930s - Part of Bakken's property later became Copp's Cabins. Record includes a picture of Conrad & Anna Bakken and a picture of one of the resort cabins. Conrad built all the resort cabins as well as the wooden fishing boats.

2. Bart's Cabin on Rest Lake 1958 - Jim and Bernice Bart sold Bart's Rest Lake Resort in 1958 but kept one cabin on the lake to rent. Their home was located near the cabin on Highway 51.

3. Breezy at Walter Meinel's resort on Rest Lake. 1946-1963 - This is a postcard which depicts a cabin with the caption "Breezy at Walter Meinel's - Rest Lake Manitowish, Wis." The reverse is filled out and sent to Washington D.C. with penny post. The postmark reads "Winegar" but the date is obscured.

6. Cabin at Bart's Rest Lake Resort 1944-1958 - Located on the southeast end of Rest Lake near the Rest Lake Channel, across from the airport. Owned by Jim and Bernice Bart. Postcard reads "Bart's" with an address of Manitowish, WI, so must be the 1940s; the resort was owned by Bernice's parents, the Mitchell's, until 1944 and Manitowish Waters got a post office in 1951.

14. Dan & Kate Devine cabin on Clear Lake. ca 1875 - Dan Devine was a Civil War Veteran and early settler in Manitowish Waters. He was a trapper, logger, timber cruiser and guide.
