1. Chippewa Retreat Resort 1998- - Owned by John & Veronica McGraw. The property went through several iterations. They first purchased the 3 lake front cabins and then in 2002 they added the Fox Point Resort buildings which included the original lodge/condos, pool etc. A spa and exercise facility was added for a time. The original rec room was remodeled and became the White Oak Grill restaurant. The property became an event venue for weddings, reunions and retreats.
